Twin Technologies has an immediate need for a senior .Net Web
developer (C# and ASP.Net).  The candidate
should have a strong back ground in Agile development practices, pair
programming, use case development, test driven development, story development
etc. 

The candidate also needs to have strong OOP background and be
comfortable with MVC, IOC, and Data Persistence Frameworks.  Candidate should also have experience working
with Oracle.   Developer needs to have
excellent command of written and spoken English and should be able to guide and
educate junior developers.  Candidate
will also need to be able to drive tasks and work with little management while
directing small groups of people (up to three).

Developer must be able to work onsite in Bethesda Maryland and
should be a 1099 free lance consultant. 
Possible promotion to full time if desired.  Bachelors in CS or related discipline preferred.  Compensation would be between 90 and 125 an
hour depending on experience and skill set. 

Experience with AJAX (Yahoo YUI), Web Services, and web functional
development are a definite plus.  Experience
with Spring .Net or NHibernate would be a very big plus as well as experience with
Java/J2EE.
