The next generation on-line job marketplace, is looking for an experienced, world-class Senior Software Engineer to help drive/execute on the future of its product suite. This position will work directly with Product Development, Product Management, and other functional groups to design/develop the software underlying the website. The mission is to make a quantum leap forward in successfully matching candidates to positions. Using our 10 Dimensions of a Good Job Fit (sm), we profile both job seekers and employers to ensure mutual interest and compatibility. We then provide feedback to both job seekers and employers about their best matches (and why they are the best matches) thereby avoiding the “black hole” syndrome for seekers and the never-ending stream of useless resumes for employers. MS SQL*Server, and object-oriented programming, preferably C#. Experience with ASP.Net a plus.
