Responsibilities: * Provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within mature technology environments. * Adhere to IT coding, standards, procedures, and techniques. * Write, and contribute to, the technical code and design documentation. * Understand/apply reusable code design, leverage application architecture/framework capabilities and functionality, and design/develop solutions that are highly reliable, scalable, and perform to meet business-defined service levels. * Design and implement solutions that are reliable, scalable, and perform at a high-level to meet the service levels associated with mission-critical solutions. * Work within a team of developers (user-interface, middle-tier business logic, data access) and application architects interfacing with business analysts, database developers, infrastructure architects, and quality assurance testers to ensure the successful delivery of in integrated solution meeting the needs of the business. * Apply best practices and adopt software patterns for development. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Must be a US CITIZEN - must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance * Experience in C# 2.0/3.5 (.NET). * 5+ years of .NET development w/emphasis on ASP.NET. * Strong background in OOP principles * Experience with Front End GUI and middle tier development * Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases. * Ability to manage, enhance, and architect existing and new solutions. * Ability to efficiently develop design plans from higher-level designs. * Effective client management skills. * Excellent communication skills EOE/M/F/D/V   Cancel
