We are seeking a technically talented senior level architect/software engineer with strong SharePoint/MOSS experience.  If you meet the criteria below, there is opportunity to be influential in the expansion of RDA. 

Success Criteria:

• Minimum of two years of SharePoint 2003/MOSS 2007 customization and SharePoint architecture experience.


• Three+ years of enterprise project experience in C# and ASP.NET. Five+ years of developing with previous Microsoft technologies.


• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing and designing solutions and completing the development and deployment of applications using Microsoft technologies.


• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and leadership skills


• Experience with formal software development processes and methodologies (such as RUP and MSF).
