We are looking for a strong .NET developer to take specifications provided by the clients and help develop solutions.  Work with project managers, identify expected user classes and stakeholders to elicit needs, understand user tasks and objectives, and the business needs supported by those tasks. Analyze the information received from users to distinguish their task needs from functional requirements, business rules, quality attributes, suggested solutions, and extraneous information. Partition system-level requirements into major subsystems and allocate portions of those requirements to software components. Understand the relative importance of quality attributes. Trace individual requirements to their corresponding designs, source code, and test cases. Track requirements status and change activity throughout the project. Design , Develop and Implement using the .Net framework.

1. 3+ years experience and strong knowledge in .Net programming, XML and XSD


2. Experience with Model, View, Controller interface pattern


3. Experience with multi-thread programming, Logical Data models and class diagrams, SQL server and stored procedures, Oracle DB, Microsoft Application Blocks


4. 2+ years experience with Java


5. 3+ years experience with SQL, ETL


6. MUST be able to pass Security Clearance; US Citizens and Green Card holders only
