Software Engineer/.Net Developer
Come Join Our Team! DKW Communications, Inc. (DKW) is a government contractor providing professional and technical services to various government agencies.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Software Engineer/ .NET Developer in our office located in downtown DC (a few blocks from Dupont Circle or Farragut North Metro station).
Our client has tasked us to create two new web-based applications to modernize their business processes. The applications will be developed in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 (C# language) with a SQL Server 2008 and IIS backend.
Qualifications
The candidate must have 7-10 years of progressive programming and software development experience and 2 -5 years minimum of experience in each of the following areas:
.NET framework experience
Experience with server side .NET and other object-oriented development techniques
C# programming experience.
SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL
Ability to design and utilize relational databases and SQL
Ability to work in a small, collaborative team environment
Strong verbal and written skills
