Alitum’s client seeks an entry - junior level developer to participate in providing web support and electronic signage throughout the Capital Region for an agency that provides DoD support functions. A security clearance is preferred, but will consider candidates who can pass a Federal background check.



You should have solid experience with:

• ASP.Net, Visual Studio 2008 and XML


• Knowledge of current industry best practices and application development principles


• Web & database server configuration, tuning & troubleshooting


• Must also have strong experience with rich text media development and integration tools such as Flash, ActionScript, Silverlight, etc.


• Understanding of Web 2.0 technologies


• Developing, implementing and deploying web services and RSS feeds


• Defense industry standards (Section 508)


• Strong verbal & written communication skills
