Over the next year, we are looking to expand the capabilities of our client extranet as well as some of the internal tools used by our Secure Operations Center (SOC). We are looking for new and creative ideas for expanding the use of these tools. We have a dynamic team that allows you to become an expert in a specific technology (in this case, Web) while providing opportunities to expand the breadth of technical skills (C#, SQL, and Java, for example) and security knowledge. We are looking for extensive Web experience, specifically breadth in Web 2.0 technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain and implements software modules within Symantec's Managed Services development team.
- The primary focus of this position will be working on a team to design and develop the software to run the Symantec MSS operations center.
- Emphasis is on ASP.Net/C# programming and experience using MS SQL Server.
Qualifications
• Required Education: BS in Computer Science, or 2-6 years in-depth knowledge experience of required programming languages.
• 3+ yrs Web development experience (ASP.Net, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript)
• 3+ yrs Experience in application architecture, design, and development of object-oriented Windows and Web-based applications
• Strong problem solving/analytical skills
• Fast learner, self motivated, team player
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
